Upon arrival we were offered a choice of browsing alone or to have help, so we were off to a good start, we looked around and found what we liked the doors were open so we could look inside and we choose a car we wanted, went to the office and we're greeted politely, asked us if we had seen anything, no pressure. We were pleased to buy a car we loved the details were all on the car, so we didn't need much help, we picked up a few days later as we decided and we're happy with our purchase. Professional polite, not pushy and found it to be a pleasant experience probably because it's not a franchise and your dealing with a family business. Excellent in my opinion.

Such an easy process to buy our car, with absolutely no pressure to buy. Extremely helpful staff who explained very clear every part of the process. Very trustworthy and would highly recommend.

I cannot fault Grashion Anthony and Chris are lovely to deal with, not pushy like some salesmen. The cars are all in fantastic condition with low mileage!! I bought my fiesta from them about 4 months ago. My husband as since been back only yesterday and bought a second car a seat ibiza. Anyone wanting to buy a car go see for yourself you will not be disappointed! We highly recommend Grashion!

What a great pair of guys (I know there’s more but I only met 2) Went this morning 26th March at approximately 11:45 am to view the car I was interested in, paperwork sorted within 15 minutes, drove home with hubby in courtesy car, transferred my insurance, got taxi back to pick up my new car and drove her home, one very happy customer, highly recommended and will be my first choice when I upgrade in the future, thanks again

Bought a car online from them, they sent me a video and described it. Car was valeted and exactly as described, Tony was very helpful when we got there, ensuring the handover process went well.
Dealt with Clark on the phone and was very straightforward and honest with no ambiguity like some dealers.
Would definitely recommend and was well worth the 5 hour round trip.

Enquired through autotrader, excellent communication and service from Anthony, smooth and friendly service for handover and p/x, came around 200 miles to collect, car was valeted and presented immaculately. Really pleased and would definitely recommend and use again.
